We are seeking a skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality diagnostic images to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities- Prepares patients for diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Operates imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, including x-rays, CT scans, and other modalities.
- Positions patients to ensure accurate and clear images, taking into account their medical history and any physical limitations.
- Assures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accepted professional guidelines and standards.
- Delivers quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner, prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
- Works effectively to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Completion of a two-year approved program in radiologic technology.
- Valid state radiology registration, as required by state law.
- Two years of experience in radiology, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
