Requirements
  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited institution, active and unrestricted license in the state of Kentucky.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional results.
  • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Physical stamina to perform essential duties, including prolonged periods of standing and lifting up to 45 pounds.
