Behavioral Program Manager

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Program Manager to join our team of exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and technicians on how to implement these interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism
- Train parents and technicians on how to implement ABA interventions
- Conduct assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA
- Develop and maintain knowledge of ABA best practices and research
- Collaborate with other BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure high-quality services
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
- 1-year experience working as a behavior technician implementing ABA interventions with children with autism
- 1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
