Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

TERI, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Out of Home Respite department.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled RBT to provide support to children and adults with Autism and developmental disabilities in a group setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with moderate levels of behavior and be able to safely manage problematic behavior in public spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to children and adults with Autism and developmental disabilities in a group setting.
  • Ability to safely manage problematic behavior in public spaces.
  • Work closely with special needs clients during social and recreational public outings.
  • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Oversee and manage behavior safely through evidence-based practices and company-approved methods.
Qualifications:
  • Active RBT certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with moderate levels of behavior.
  • Availability during weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Acceptable driving history.
  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Criminal background check required.
