Job Summary

The Material Handler is a key member of the Rich Products Corporation team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in receiving, storing, and shipping products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Store and organize inventory in a safe and efficient manner
  • Prepare and stage products for shipment to meet customer deadlines
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
  • Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Assist with inventory management and reporting to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory and logistics issues
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations and reduce costs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math and computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
