Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
  • Develop and implement functional specifications for system changes and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 15 years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Deep understanding of FICO module and Manufacturing accounting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to lead large complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in 2 End-to-End S/4HANA implementation in FI/CO module.
  • Ability to build solutions for complex business requirements in line with SAP best practices.
  • Working knowledge of interfaces IDOCS, EDI, Web/Rest Services, etc., with SAP and non-SAP systems.
