Ultrasound Technologist Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Clarksville, Tennessee.

We are working with a hospital in Clarksville, Tennessee to fill this Ultrasound Technologist position. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a new environment and gain valuable experience.

Ultrasound Technologist Responsibilities
  • Prepare exam room and ultrasound equipment to conduct examinations
  • Recognize and record appropriate anatomy and pathology using sonographic equipment
  • Write reports based upon the scan results
  • Alert medical staff of any abnormalities

As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting ultrasound examinations and providing accurate results to medical staff. You will also be required to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Requirements
  • Active certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience
