Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing building support functions, operating computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), and maintaining professional competence and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school education or general education degree (GED)
  • Aptitude for assessing building support functions
  • Ability to operate CMMS and possess working knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills
Physical Requirements
  • Consistently required: walking, standing, bending, or twisting
  • Frequently required: bending or twisting, kneeling, crouching, stooping, and crawling
  • Occasionally required: working with arms raised over head, pushing/pulling 40-75lbs, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, working from or on ladders, working at heights, exposure to high sound levels, and operating motorized equipment
