Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Electrical Engineer to lead and execute complex electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in power supply design, circuit design, and project management, contributing to the development of innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of switching power supplies and magnetic components.
  • Conduct analog and digital circuit design, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Oversee motor control design and DSP controller integration for various applications.
  • Perform Spice circuit analysis and EMI power filter design to meet stringent regulatory standards.
  • Manage PCBA layout design and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production.
  • Develop project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct design reviews and present findings to stakeholders and team members.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical engineering standards such as MIL-STD-704, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-464, and DO-160.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on project management.
  • Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout design.
  • Strong knowledge of embedded coding, particularly in C, and experience with software verification testing (DO-178).
  • Experience with Solid Works modeling and test facility management.
  • Familiarity with ITAR and EAR requirements.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage work schedules, holidays, and vacations effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability in salary negotiation and benefits management, including health and dental insurance, and 401K matching.
