The Senior Third-Party Risk Analyst will play a critical role in the Corporate Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program, reporting to the Corporate Third-Party Risk Manager. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement risk-based due diligence reviews to assess and mitigate third-party risks, utilizing the bank's risk profile framework.
- Collaborate with Third-Party Relationship Owners to ensure timely completion of due diligence requirements and provide guidance on risk acceptance and escalation processes.
- Design and implement enhancements to the TPRM program, including updates to policies and procedures, utilizing the third-party risk management system.
- Manage the contract review process with business units and division staff to ensure contract language protects the bank's interests and reduces operational, legal, and financial risk.
- Create and enhance monitoring reports for management and the board, including third-party inventories, dashboards, performance reports, and issue tracking.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
- 5 years of experience in developing and managing risk activities, including legal, vendor/third-party, information security, compliance, audit, regulatory, consulting, or other related programs.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to read and understand SSAE 18 Reports, SOC Reports, ISO Certifications, and Cloud Security Questionnaires.
