About the Role

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients at Allegiance Mobile Health.

As an Ambulance Dispatcher Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing emergency and non-emergency requests for ambulance services.

You will work closely with customers and facilities to coordinate transportation, provide information, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process emergency and non-emergency requests for ambulance services
  • Utilize CAD system to monitor and update unit locations
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Emergency Medical Dispatch Certificate and CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
