Responsibilities:
  • Plan engaging games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
  • Design a daily and weekly schedule that promotes learning and growth
  • Provide basic care and caregiving activities that meet the needs of our children
  • Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
  • Communicate with parents and update them on their children\u2019s activities


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a childcare educator or early childhood development specialist
  • Strong understanding of child development and learning principles
  • Patient, kind, and nurturing with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • First aid/CPR certified
