About the Role:
As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized care plans, provide education on wellness and prevention, and refer patients to specialists as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, including medical consultations, examinations, and treatment plans.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with patients and families to educate on wellness, prevention, and early detection.
- Refer patients to specialists as needed and coordinate care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Adhere to federal guidelines and regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Current unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s) and board eligibility or certification.
- DEA license required.
