Fertilizer Operations Supervisor

As a key member of our team, you will oversee and manage the operations of our fertilizer branch. Your role will involve:

  • Leading and coordinating the fertilizer operations team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Managing the inventory and bulk storage of fertilizer products to maintain optimal supply levels.
  • Directing the blending processes for both liquid and dry fertilizers to meet customer specifications.
  • Assisting in the formulation of marketing strategies to promote our fertilizer products.
  • Providing essential technical training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in fertilizer operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of fertilizer products and effective marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and knowledge of DOT regulations.

Physical Requirements

This position involves regular exposure to moving equipment and potential chemical hazards. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.
