Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman to oversee and manage projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of the job.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Responsible for manpower scheduling, layout of sheetmetal and equipment, and ordering materials needed for each jobsite.
  • Attend weekly jobsite meetings and provide reports, ensuring effective communication and project progress.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are met, and projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track all materials on projects, ensuring accurate inventory and minimizing waste.
  • Responsible for all onsite Safety adherence and completion of necessary paperwork.
Requirements
  • Past experience as an HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman for at least 5 years.
  • Valid Driver's License (Clean).
  • OSHA 30 & SST Supervisor Certification.
  • FDNY G60 & F60 & EPA Certification a plus but not required.
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
