Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman to oversee and manage projects, ensuring high-quality results and efficient completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sheetmetal installation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Responsible for manpower scheduling, layout of sheetmetal, units, and equipment, and attending weekly jobsite meetings to provide reports.
  • Order materials needed for each jobsite and ensure accurate and timely completion of daily paperwork.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure project deliverables are met and projects are completed in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track all materials on projects and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman.
  • Valid Driver's License (Clean).
  • OSHA 30 & SST Supervisor Certification.
  • FDNY G60 & F60 & EPA Certification a plus but not required.
  • Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
