Process Control Technician

Omni Inclusive is seeking a skilled Process Control Technician to join our team in the Electronics and Industrial department. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our control systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems, including DeltaV and Client Fanuc/Allen-Bradley PLC, VFD, and communication systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operation of our systems.
- Implement and maintain control system best practices, under the guidance of our Site Electrician/Process Automation Engineer.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and programming of control systems for equipment upgrades and new installations.
- Work effectively with production operators to understand issues and concerns, and address them promptly.
- A minimum of a High School diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 or more years of industrial maintenance experience in electrical and instrument maintenance.
- Control Equipment/electrical technician apprenticeship card or Licensed electrician.
- Ability to meet Dupont's Operations safety requirements.
- General computer skills, familiar with Microsoft software tools.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, sitting, grasping tools and equipment, reaching with hands and arms, climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, and balancing.
The position offers overtime hours contingent on business demand.
