  • Handle all incoming faxes and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Provide leadership and address HR-related concerns within the team.
  • Enhance and uphold workplace policies and procedures.
  • Generate weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Work alongside the clinical team to identify material support requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity within a medical practice or healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with ABA service provision is advantageous.
- Knowledge of financial management principles applicable to healthcare settings.
- Understanding of medical insurance processes and billing practices.
- Awareness of HIPAA regulations and other pertinent healthcare laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and collaborate with clinicians and coordinators in a cooperative team setting.
