AAA Club Alliance is actively seeking dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about automotive maintenance and repair to join our Car Care Teams throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
We welcome applicants of ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS and have openings for Tire & Lube Technicians as well as Experienced Automotive Repair Technicians. Our Repair Centers are owned and operated by AAA, serving a broad customer base of both members and non-members, ensuring a steady flow of business year-round.
As a full-time member of the AAA Car Care team, you can expect:

Tire & Lube Technicians:
- Conduct repairs such as fluid flush and replacement, visual vehicle inspections, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and replacement, along with general automotive repairs.
- Maintain and clean test equipment and machinery, ensuring proper disposal of waste fluids in accordance with shop guidelines.
- Mount, balance, and install tires while continually enhancing your automotive skills for flexibility in work assignments.
- Perform maintenance and advanced automotive repairs/diagnosis for engine repairs, automatic/manual transmissions, suspension/steering, brakes, ABS/traction control, electrical systems, and heating/AC.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of specialized skills and continuously develop additional technical skills for versatile work assignments.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
- Properly care for tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols as outlined by equipment manufacturers and corporate safety policies.
- Organize tasks efficiently to maximize productivity in all job functions, including vehicle movement.
- Accurately execute repairs and maintenance on all vehicles following manufacturer guidelines or accepted industry practices.
Tire & Lube Technicians:
- 1-3 months of prior automotive maintenance/repair experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Must successfully complete Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Proven ability to accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic tools, drawing from previous experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or the ability to obtain them within 12 months, funded by AAA) or car dealer certifications.
- State Safety and Emissions license as required by state location is preferred. R134A recycling certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record and be capable of operating passenger vehicles and light- to medium-duty trucks with both automatic and manual transmissions.
- Must successfully complete Pre-Employment Screenings (background check, drug screening, fitness for duty assessment) if offered the position.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
