Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to join our team at Andgar Corporation. As a Service Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Plumbing/HVAC Service department, ensuring seamless communication with customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate with technicians to dispatch service calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Manage and track open/unbilled jobs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Collect down payments on installation jobs and assist with scheduling vehicle maintenance
  • Track parts orders and alert technicians when they are scheduled to arrive
  • Submit invoices to customers and review them for accuracy before submitting to accounting
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a service-related industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to accurately type 40 wpm and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office Suite
