Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relocation of assets, furniture, and equipment for our clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and successful relocation projects.
  • Develop and implement relocation plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in a related field, such as project management, facilities management, or a related field.
  • 10-18 years of experience in project management, relocation, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and furniture drawings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Educational and public works experience.
  • Procurement, FF&E sourcing, or asset management experience.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
  • Proficiency in Visio or design software.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $115,000-125,000, based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
