Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply powder coating to metal components for both individual clients and commercial entities.
  • Achieve excellence in delivering high-quality finished products to our clientele.
  • Prepare items for powder coating utilizing various techniques including Media Blasting, Stripping, Grinding, Sanding, Masking, and Cleaning.
  • Efficiently hang and manage parts throughout the coating process.
  • Carefully package completed products to ensure safe delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized work environment.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Receive thorough training on operational procedures and equipment usage.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in powder coating is essential.
  • Familiarity with preparation and media blasting processes is a plus.
  • A background in general fabrication is advantageous.
  • Must be able to regularly lift and transport items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Ability to lift and move objects exceeding 100 pounds with assistance on a daily basis.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct quality inspections on parts prior to advancing to subsequent stages.
  • Meet deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  • High School Diploma / GED or higher education is preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
