Compensation
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $38.50 to $50.00. In addition to your regular pay, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the optical center, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have relevant experience and skills, including completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience including 1 year's optical experience. High school diploma or equivalent is also required. Additionally, current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician under applicable state laws, regulations, and/or rules is necessary.
