Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues and implement process improvements.
- Participate in energy conservation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or maintenance role.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and PLC logic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
