Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Participate in energy conservation and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or maintenance role.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems and PLC logic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
