Regional Culinary Director

The Regional Executive Chef will be responsible for upholding the culinary standards of a region(s) as directed by ISS/GEI. This includes partnering with Area Managers to ensure all ISS/GEI culinary best practices, guidelines, policies, SOPs, and approved minimum offering standards are being followed.
", "Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence": "- Partners with the Area Manager to ensure hiring best practices are followed for Culinary positions
- Ensures ISS/GEI/client guidelines, policies, SOPs, and CPEs for food production and quality standards are being met in each unit
- Monitors and supports culinary budgetary requirements and provides accurate data to support cost analysis
- Creates menu programming following program standards, enters into NetMenu application, and meets units specific requirements
- Ensures ISS/GEI/client procurement purchasing guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed
- Monitors Procurement Integrity Index (PII) scores to ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements
- Supports new unit start up process where applicable
- Attends and facilitates culinary leadership team meetings to provide guidance and alignment in all ISS/GEI/client culinary initiatives
- Cascades and monitors all aspects of culinary training directed by ISS/GEI/client guidelines, policies, SOPs, and program standards
- Partners with the Area Manager to ensure kitchen organization and cleanliness provides a safe environment for all employees and guests
- Ensures Workplace Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- Ensures Food Safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- Ensures Allergen Control Plan (ACP) guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- Ensures product labels are accurate and contain all allergenic ingredients
- Ensures HACCP guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- Ensures NSF guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
- Works up to 8 hours a day on their feet, excluding breaks
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periods
