Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to work in our Pulaski County Jail location in Little Rock, AR. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for rendering nursing care to inmates in a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to inmates, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting health assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient transfers.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Arkansas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
