Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a correctional setting. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to inmates in a secure and safe environment.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individualized client needs, and under the direction/delegation of the registered nurse. This role requires a valid, unrestricted LPN license, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to inmates in a correctional setting
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Conduct health assessments and provide education to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
