Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Aide to join our team. As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Administer medications accurately and safely according to prescribed schedules and procedures under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
  • Monitor residents for any changes in condition and report observations to nursing staff.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.

Requirements
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in a similar role or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to provide quality care to seniors.
  • Physical ability to lift and transfer residents and perform tasks requiring physical dexterity.
