Kenean Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support and care to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
- Encourage community involvement and participation in activities.
- Collaborate with a team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Good written and verbal communication
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
