Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide a team of powder coating technicians
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures for powder coating operations
  • Adjust and calibrate machinery for precise coating application

  • Promote a safe working environment and foster continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in powder coating within a supervisory capacity

  • Technical training in powder coating is advantageous
