Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Director to join our team at The W Management Group LLC. As a Recreation Director, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing recreational activities for our residents, developing and implementing services and activities, and coordinating services with community agencies and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and implement recreational activities for residents, including outings, art, music, dance, trivia, games, exercise, movies, literature, and poetry.
  • Develop and implement services and activities that meet the needs and interests of our residents.
  • Coordinate services with community agencies and resources to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment for our residents.
  • Perform other duties as needed or required by the Administrator.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree and/or 2 years of experience in senior care or recreation coordinating.
  • Experience, knowledge, and skill in the field of recreation, including program development and implementation.
  • Ability to work with, communicate, and understand residents and staff.
  • Ability to perform all types of recreational activities.
  • Ability to follow instructions, speak clearly, lead activities, and work in a team environment.
