About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to join our team at Beacon Pointe Advisors. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients, investment professionals, and other members of the service support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, responding to their inquiries and providing personalized service.
  • Research and Response: Research and respond to routine-to-complex client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings as directed by the assigned wealth advisor and/or present on relevant service engagements.
  • Account Onboarding: Partner with clients, wealth advisory, and central operations teams in the establishment of new accounts, including general account setup and alternative subscription documents.
  • Relationship Onboarding: Assist with relationship onboarding tasks such as requesting account paperwork, tracking setup via custodian partners, and leading welcome and training calls for new clients.
  • Account Maintenance: Request, execute, and confirm account maintenance tasks, including deposits, cash disbursements, performance reporting, account terminations, and other special requests as needed.
  • Client File Maintenance: Maintain and update client files utilizing internal systems, including Salesforce CRM and Tamarac portfolio management databases.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and collaborate with advisor and operations leadership teams on projects and/or initiatives designed to streamline firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Tamarac and Salesforce is a plus
