Job Summary

Dexian, a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Analyst 3 to join their team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for representing information security requirements and performing operations and administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assignment to project teams to ensure information security requirements are met and operations and administration tasks are performed efficiently.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) over IAM practices, policies, and procedures for the access management of Databases.
  • Database Resource Management, including hands-on experience in trouble shooting and performance tuning of SQL and stored procedures.
  • Maintain internal databases with a variety of information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Liaise with other process owners and functional areas to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Perform analysis of data, hierarchies, and processes critical to existing and future EPM systems.
  • Understand and requirements from key stakeholders by conducting interviews and gathering feedback.
  • Learn how to Design, develop, test, and/or implement objects, including web forms, business rules, calculation scripts, and more.
  • Support testing activities between IT, the Planning application support team, and the EPM reporting team.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of Data Management, Project Management experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Wholesale Lending or Credit Risk experience, with a strong understanding of regulatory reporting.
  • Regulatory Reporting experience, including FRY14 and 2052a.
  • Data element mapping, lineage, controls, and metrics experience.
  • Good understanding of risk management framework and ability to explain data management concepts to all levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, program, and process management skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to motivate and influence lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to prioritize a book of work in a fast-paced environment and continue to make incremental progress.
  • Inquisitive and willingness to learn, with a strong aptitude for Wholesale Operations and FRY14 Regulatory Reporting.
