Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Aircraft Engine Technician to become a vital part of our maintenance team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and will be entrusted with critical responsibilities to ensure the highest standards of service.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute maintenance and modification tasks on engine components in accordance with the manufacturer's technical specifications, including Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives.
2. Maintain a thorough understanding of all tools and equipment relevant to the assigned duties.
3. Document all work performed accurately in the appropriate maintenance logs.


Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CFM56 engines.
- Valid power plant license.
- Proficient in English, meeting FAA standards.
- Possession of a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime and weekends.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, and working overhead for extended durations.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Quantum aviation software.


Additional Requirements:
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Subject to random drug and alcohol testing in compliance with FAA regulations.
