We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Dairy Farmers of America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct planned and unplanned maintenance requirements on production, packaging, and processing equipment
  • Ensure the continued operation of machinery and equipment in an electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, pneumatic, and hydraulic capacity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our production processes and equipment
