Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at NEO Tech. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical housings, systems, and hardware for various products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately assemble equipment and products.
  • Utilize hand tools, machinery, and materials to assemble products.
  • Maintain inventory of products in workstations and perform quality work checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Identify product defects and complete documentation when defects are identified.
  • Rework and repair assembled equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
  • Adhere to all requirements and Board Handling procedures.
  • Use Moisture Sensitive Device (MSD) handling requirements based on component moisture sensitive levels (MSL).
Requirements
  • Ability to utilize electronic manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification preferred.
  • Ability to train to IPC-A-610.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • 0-6 months of previous experience preferred.
  • Ability to work on single tasks and procedures.
  • Computer proficiency required.
