Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate production equipment to assemble high-performance lithium-ion cells
  • Inspect cells at various stages of assembly to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Audit the cell assembly process to identify discrepancies and implement improvements
  • Train and certify technicians in assembly and quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to identify and remedy quality problems
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a quality control or assembly role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
  • Intermediate level computer skills and ability to enter data accurately
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
