We are in search of a skilled Reliability Operations Engineer to enhance our Quality Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

The Reliability Operations Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the dependability of advanced equipment utilized at well sites. This position involves substantial travel and direct client interaction, focusing on the hydraulic fracturing sector. You will lead all client-specific service, quality, and innovation initiatives within designated regions. While your home base is flexible, candidates from Houston, Midland, or the Northeast are preferred. Additionally, you will guarantee that field data meets the highest quality standards for the Operations team managing projects. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM (subject to variation)

Your Contributions:

  • Document all service quality issues as defined by the Company and Client.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure all Root Cause Analyses (RCA) receive appropriate engineered solutions.
  • Communicate completed RCAs according to company standards and processes.
  • Conduct quality assessments of field data to ensure readiness for the Operational Team and Center of Excellence.
  • Perform quality checks on software and data communication during each well-site transition.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned to support operational success and business continuity.
  • Travel requirements range from 25% to 75% across various regions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulic fracturing, preferably with electric and/or turbine technologies
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in digital collaboration tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other advanced software applications.
  • A passion for innovation in both internal processes and partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment across engineering and other departments.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
