Job Title: Night Auditor - Part Time

The Night Auditor is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight processes. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with their overnight requests and ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Reconcile accounts, balance the cash drawer, and log receipts.
  • Distribute closing and morning shift reports to the appropriate departments.
  • Prepare reports to be forwarded to Accounting and prepare the Daily Operating Summary.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of prior experience in a similar role.
Work Environment:

This position operates in a hotel setting, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also required.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
