About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Volvo Group. As a key member of our Commercial Planning department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain advanced business intelligence tools and reports to support commercial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Design and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, operations, and executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, commercial planning, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to executive leadership.
