KPFF Consulting Engineers is a multi-office, multi-discipline engineering firm committed to excellence, trust, relationships, stability, and passion. We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Special Projects Division in Seattle, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, and at least three years of full-time experience in relevant civil/site development engineering design. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, AutoCAD for construction document creation, and have preferred familiarity with Civil 3D and MicroStation.

Responsibilities will include civil design and development, project leadership, and client engagement and exceptional service. The successful candidate will be expected to work dynamically and effectively in a collaborative environment, demonstrate enthusiasm for developing design and project management skills, and commit to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding expectations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,600-$113,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions.
