Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance duties to ensure the optimal performance of equipment and machinery.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Conduct general building maintenance, including repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot equipment problems and develop effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Supply Management: Approve requisitions for ordering and maintaining supplies for the Maintenance Department.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with department supervisors and managers to plan and schedule repairs and maintenance.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in general maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Skills: Strong background in preventative maintenance, electrical, HVAC, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers.
  • Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision.
