Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computed Tomography Specialist to join our team at JobRialto. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality radiographs of patients using radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain quality radiographs of patients within the department and with portable equipment in a timely manner.
  • Comply with radiation safety guidelines to ensure patient and self safety.
  • Operate radiographic equipment safely and competently.
  • Perform computer operations, including Meditech and PACS, to ensure proper charges and referring physician orders are verified.
  • Rendere patient care in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare examination rooms for radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and maintain room cleanliness and neat appearance of work areas.
  • Assist the radiologist in administering medications, contrast agents, and other types of care to patients.
  • Review each exam for technical accuracy and complete the verification process in PACS.
  • Assist with PACS clean up, including cleaning CR plates, erasing cassettes, and closing and sending exams from workstations.
  • Complete and maintain personal educational requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and patient information.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Responsible for continuing education credits as mandated by the ARRT for licensure.
  • Required licensure and certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider.
Work Schedule

40 hours per week, Sunday - Wednesday, 9 pm - 7 am, 10 weeks.

Must live greater than 50 miles from Dover, NH.
