What We're Looking For

We're currently seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our Tokyo office. As a Project Architect, you'll provide project leadership and guidance to team members and consultants, lead and manage small to large teams, and develop and prepare design presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project leadership and guidance to team members and consultants
  • Lead and manage small to large teams in developing, modifying, and reviewing design concepts, production drawings, and construction documents
  • Develop and prepare design presentations to clients, communities, and other stakeholders
  • Be an active member of the Japan office and the Southeast Asia leadership group
  • Have a strong desire and passion for working in teams that are highly collaborative and have a continuous learning mindset

Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience working on large-scale projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or similar
  • Experience using Revit for architectural documentation and who can efficiently develop and produce 3D project documentation and detailing to standards and project requirements
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal Japanese and English
