To thrive in this role, candidates should possess a strong sense of motivation and a commitment to outstanding customer service.QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Skills, and Training:
Completion of a minimum of 500 hours in a recognized massage therapy program, along with a certificate of completion or an esthetician license.
Engagement in ongoing education to enhance professional skills is preferred. Compliance with all relevant local and state licensing laws and regulations regarding massage therapy and esthetician services is essential, including maintaining current Massage and/or Esthetician Licenses.
Experience in performing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage is required, along with familiarity in other modalities offered by Cross Gates Family Fitness. Candidates must demonstrate reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts/services, and possess a flexible schedule that accommodates weekends and evenings based on service demand. Additionally, the ability to recommend and sell products to clients based on the services rendered is necessary.Benefits:
