Job Title: Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team in the Bethel Park area.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Private Duty Nurse RN to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care to patients with complex medical needs, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders and Aveanna's policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care coordination and communication.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience as a practicing nurse (new graduates welcome to apply).
  • Active and in good standing nursing license.
  • CPR certification (current Handson BLS).
