About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Sierra Health and Wellness Centers. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform journey-level professional casework and clinical services with mentally and emotionally disturbed clients
  • Assess and monitor clients' behaviors while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as interviews with clients and their relatives
  • Prepare and submit verbal, written, and statistical reports to support treatment outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health
Requirements
  • Must obtain and maintain a license as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
  • Must possess a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
  • Must have at least two years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Must be familiar with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights
  • Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $94,848-$142,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 10 days of paid vacation, 10 holidays, and 5 sick days per year.
