Fundraising Coordinator

The JCC Association is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for coordinating fundraising activities, building relationships with donors, and providing regular reports on fundraising progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives;
- Build and maintain relationships with individual solicitors and donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other stakeholders;
- Provide regular reports on fundraising progress to the Executive Director and Board of Directors;
- Analyze fundraising data to inform strategy and improve outcomes;
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all donor needs;
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines;
Physical Demands:
Responsibilities are typically performed in an office environment with the employee intermittently sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing and pulling for up to three (3) - four (4) continuous hours at a time. Full range of hand and finger motion may be utilized for data entry purposes.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with education and work experience. This position is 25-30 hours per week for the months of September 2024 through January 2025. Salary: $25,000 - $35,000
