We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a pediatric nurse, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care to our clients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to children with medically complex conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
