About the Role:This is a full-time position working with a client in Floresville, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pediatric care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to children with complex medical needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
